Operations and compliance

This is the half of Amazon that nobody puts on a website, and the half that decides whether the rest of it works. Stock in the right place, listings inside policy, and a clean account health record — maintained continuously, not repaired in a panic.

What is included

Everything on this list is work we perform, not a menu of upsells.

  • Demand forecasting and replenishment. Unit forecasts by SKU with lead times and safety stock built in, so purchase orders are placed against a number rather than a feeling.
  • FBA shipment planning. Shipment creation, box content, labelling, carrier selection, appointment booking and inbound placement decisions.
  • Receiving reconciliation. Every shipment checked against what Amazon actually received, with discrepancies claimed.
  • Restock limits and capacity. Allocating limited capacity to the SKUs that earn the most margin, not simply the ones that sell the most units.
  • Stranded and unfulfillable inventory. Cleared weekly. Stock that cannot be bought is stock you have already paid for twice.
  • Aged inventory management. Monitoring long-term storage exposure and deciding, with you, between promotion, removal and liquidation before the surcharge lands.
  • FBM and Seller Fulfilled Prime. Where you fulfil yourself: handling times, shipping templates, on-time delivery rate and valid tracking rate.
  • Returns and customer experience. Return reasons read every week and fed back into listings, packaging and product, rather than filed away.
  • Reimbursement claims. Lost, damaged, overcharged and incorrectly-weighed inventory identified, claimed and tracked to resolution, inside Amazon's own policy windows.
  • Account health and policy compliance. Order defect rate, policy violations, listing and claims wording, product safety and compliance documentation — reviewed before something ships, not after a suspension.
  • Case management. Every Seller Support case logged with its ID, owner, age and status, and escalated when it stalls.

What you receive

Deliverables and cadence, written into the service agreement.

  • A rolling replenishment plan you can order against
  • Shipment plans created and tracked to receipt
  • A weekly exceptions report: stranded, aged, at-risk
  • A reimbursement log with claimed and recovered amounts
  • An account health review with any risk flagged early
Access we need

The permissions this work needs, granted under your own account.

  • Inventory and shipment permissions. Manage Inventory, Manage FBA Shipments and Manage FBA Inventory.
  • Performance and account health. To monitor notifications, policy compliance and defect metrics.
  • Manage Returns and Reports. For returns analysis and reimbursement claims.
Next step

Send us your account and we will tell you what we would change first.

We review the catalog, the advertising and the account health, then come back with a written list of what is costing you money and what we would do about it. No charge, no obligation to work with us.

What we will need
  • The marketplaces you sell in today
  • Read-only access, or exported reports if you prefer
  • Your landed cost per unit, so margin numbers are real
  • Whichever problem is bothering you most right now
