Audit, agree, onboard, fix, maintain.
There is nothing clever about the sequence. What matters is that each step is written down, has a date on it, and is visible to you while it is happening.
Steps run in order because each one depends on the last. This is a real sequence, not a numbered list for decoration.
Account review
Before anything is signed, we look at the account: catalog health, advertising structure, margin by product, inventory position and account health. You get a written findings document listing what is costing you money, in order of size. It is free, and it is yours whether or not you hire us.
- Read-only access or exported reports
- Two to five working days
- A written findings document and a call to walk through it
Scope and agreement
We agree which marketplaces, which services and which fee model, and write it down. The agreement names your team, states the reporting cadence, sets the response commitment for urgent issues, and says exactly how your data is handled and deleted.
- A defined scope, not an open-ended retainer
- Named people on both sides
- A notice period that lets you leave
Access and onboarding
You invite our team as named users under your own account with the specific permissions listed on each service page. We document the current state of everything before we touch it, so there is always a point to roll back to.
- Named users under your own account, never a shared login
- A recorded baseline of the account as we found it
- A kickoff session with your team
The first ninety days
Stop the bleeding first — stranded inventory, wasted ad spend, suppressed listings, fee errors. Then rebuild: campaign structure, listing content, creative and storefront. By day ninety you have a maintained account and a roadmap for the next quarter.
- Weekly report from week one
- A prioritised fix list you can see progress against
- The first quarterly roadmap at the end of it
Steady state
A fixed weekly rhythm: daily checks, a weekly optimisation pass and report, a monthly profit and loss, a quarterly roadmap reset. The work does not slow down after onboarding — that is when most of the value is earned.
- Same report, same day, every week
- A shared task board open to you at all times
- A quarterly review with your leadership if you want one
What a normal week looks like once you are onboarded.
You should never have to ask what is happening.
A shared task board, a weekly report in the same format every time, a standing call, and a named person who answers. Urgent account issues — a suspension notice, a listing takedown, a stockout on your best seller — get a same-day response, and that commitment is written into the agreement rather than promised on a website.
- A named account lead, reachable directly
- A shared task board with owners and dates
- Weekly written report and a thirty-minute call
- Same-day response on account-health and stockout issues
- Monthly profit and loss, quarterly roadmap review
Send us your account and we will tell you what we would change first.
We review the catalog, the advertising and the account health, then come back with a written list of what is costing you money and what we would do about it. No charge, no obligation to work with us.
- The marketplaces you sell in today
- Read-only access, or exported reports if you prefer
- Your landed cost per unit, so margin numbers are real
- Whichever problem is bothering you most right now
