Requesting an account review

Include these and we can give you something useful rather than a generic reply.

  • Your brand name and the marketplaces you sell in
  • Roughly how many parent and child ASINs you have
  • Whether you are on Seller Central, Vendor Central or both
  • Your current monthly advertising spend, approximately
  • Landed cost per unit for your main products, if you are comfortable sharing it
  • The single thing about the account that frustrates you most
You do not have to give us account access to get a review. Exported reports are fine, and for a first look they are often quicker. If you would rather grant read-only access, we will tell you exactly which permissions to tick and nothing more.
What happens next

You will hear back within a working day.

We read the enquiry, take a look at the account, and come back with a written list of what we would change and roughly what we think it is worth. Then a call to talk it through. If we do not think we can help, we will say so at that point rather than sell you a retainer.

The sequence
  • You email us — a few lines is enough
  • We reply within one working day
  • We review the account and write up what we find
  • A thirty-minute call to go through it
  • You decide, with no obligation either way
